How do I report problems?

If you have problems, contact us. We prefer to receive reports by email because it gives us a permanent record of the issue, and lets us route your request to the right person.

Be sure to make it clear if your problem is with map data (data is wrong, out of date, incomplete, etc) or with the web site itself (something doesn't work as advertised, too slow, etc).

We will do our best to help.
